The Department of Geology at the University of South Florida seeks a 1-year Visiting Assistant Professor in Paleobiology to begin January 2012. We are interested in individuals who incorporate field and laboratory experience in their present research and can integrate this knowledge into both graduate and undergraduate teaching. A PhD at the time of employment is preferred. Applicants with backgrounds in any area of paleobiology will be considered.
