From April 21th to 24th 2013 the 1th Brazilian Dinosaur Symposium will take place at Campus Pontal/Universidade Federal de Uberlândia in Ituiutaba town, Minas Gerais State, Brazil.

Under this meeting, we are bringing together dinosaur experts and geoscientist to discuss latest systematics, paleobiogeography, museology, anatomy, functional morphology, paleoecology, paleobiology, biomechanics, evolution, heritage, and tourism Brazilian dinosaur advances.
To foster a truly interdisciplinary, open-minded exchange of ideas, the conference starts with dinosaur experts from Brazil and worldwide paleontologists (with topics ranging from early dinosaurs to avian dinosaurs).
We believe this format is particularly suitable to encourage scientists to see beyond their own research and to foster exiting new ideas.
