The North Dakota Geological Survey is seeking another paleontologist to enhance the state's fossil resource management program. This person will work with the North Dakota State Paleontologist and one other staff
paleontologist. Attached is the position description and application information. The application deadline is April 1, 2008.

Minimum Qualifications: Requires a bachelor's degree in geology or earth science, a valid driver's license, and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with paleontological fieldwork. Experience in preparation and curation of vertebrate fossils. Familiarity with computerized fossil data bases. Familiarity with Mesozoic and Cenozoic stratigraphy and paleontology of
the Great Plains. Familiarity with design and production of fossil exhibits. Experience conducting paleontological research and preparing reports and scientific articles.
