El grupo de investigación en Didáctica de las Ciencias Naturales de la Universidad de Zaragoza está participando en un proyecto europeo
(OIKOS) en el que se está desarrollando una herramienta multimedia para el aprendizaje a través de Internet de temas
relacionados con los riesgos geológicos aplicable a distintos niveles educativos. En este proyecto participan geólogos/as de las
Universidades de Zaragoza y Barcelona, así como de diversas universidades e instituciones europeas.

Paleontologist or Geobiologist College of William & Mary

The Geology Department at the College of William & Mary is seeking applications for a full-time one-year leave-replacement position for the academic year 2007/08 contingent on available funding. The successful applicant will teach undergraduate paleontology (with lab activities), two sections of introductory geology, and an upper-level special topics course. There may be the possibility of renewal for a second year that would include teaching a sedimentary geology course. We seek a colleague eager to interact with undergraduates in an environment in which teaching and research are emphasized. We prefer candidates who will have PhD in hand at the time of appointment, but will consider those nearing completion of the
